- Turn on two-factor authentication wherever it is offered.
- Never share one-time codes. No legitimate support agent will ask for one.
- Check the payout details on your account periodically — changed payout details are a classic sign of a compromised account.
- Use an email address you control and secure that email account first. It is the key to everything else.
